make change possible with these 3 steps

So, you are at a crossroad? Or you feel that life isn’t giving you much of an option? Maybe you are feeling stuck, at times alone, alienated…or inspired and ready.

Wherever you may be, here are the few first steps that one can activate in order to let change in.


1 — Believe that change is possible
Trusting the possibility of change is the first step to allowing change in. Surely it might feel difficult or impossible. So, here is a tip… visualizing that change is possible even when one might not see it, can really help a person initiate at the very least a slight space energetically to allow the mystery of change into their life.

2 — Have fun exploring choices
Playfulness and lightness create curiosity. Curiosity activates the seeker. The seeker is open to mystery. What is change if not a mystery in itself? Set the intention to welcome the change that is asking to be birthed through into your life and allow it to take whatever form it is ready to take.

3 — Happiness is first birthed then shared
So is change. No need to share your desire to change with others, get permission or convince others. Creating the space to start enjoying your own space, thoughts, discoveries trusting that the ones who are ready to witness it, will at their own time, will and space as well. This is not to say that it should be a lonely path or that one should not choose to ask, rather it is a reminder that you have got the final say and creative power, unless you say otherwise.
